You might want to try "One flew over the cuckoo's nest" With Jack Nickolson, there's a whole slew of characters to choose from though I'm not sure any fit that description exactly . . . also there's an old one with Bill Murray . .. . "what about bob" Ithink . . .I just remember he's way OCD, In the movie "As good as it Gets" the character Greg Kinear plays fits some of the lower list . .. Sorry, Hope that helps a little :)
