Is that a retainer, dentures, or did she do it herself?

There is this girl that works with me and she looks like if she was a real big drug user. I dont wana to ask her but i want to know about her teeth . The top ones look like she just put a big piece of plastic on em its like white and waxy looking. Is that a retainer, dentures, or did she do it her self lol everytime she talks to me i have to stare at her mouth its really weird and im dying to know!
