Could I be pregnant or just getting my period?

I am going crazy because my cycles are all screwy. They actually have been on time for the last 6 months give or take a day. I ovulated late in the month only a little over a week ago. We have been trying to conceive like crazy after a miscarriage in December. I went to the doctor and had a pap and exam on the day I ovulated and ever since then I have been spotting. Some days its a little on the panty liner and others it just comes out when I pee. Its mostly a rusty brown color but have also seen some reddish in the bowl but not on my pad. Its not really heavy though. Its been a whole week like this. I am also taking antibiotics for 2 days because if an irritated cervix. I should get my period on 4/2? Could I be pregnant or just getting my period?
