I have had a btl of isis pale sherry for over 15years will it be ok to drink?

If it was a really good bottle and properly stored away from heat, it might be. You really have nothing to lose by opening it. If it has turned it will usually taste like vinegar. Just have a spare if your planning on using it at a dinner party.
