I need IMMEDIATE HELP please!?

oh my goodness. I have had this problem for a portion of time now and today is the aniversity of my dilemma. For months on end, I have toiled endlessly with this problem of mine to an extent that is both unbarable, and seemingly out of my control. Upon realizing the situation I now find myself in, I am left with no other alternative than to ask you for your help as to prevent me from feeling embarred as to what the heck is of the matter. I ask that you not poke fun of me, as i am very sensative to what is wrong with me and am scared to ask my personal support syetem for help. The internet is the only place for me now... and I ask once again, over and over again... for your help. You see... my itches, and I can't get it to calm down.
