When women accept marriage, do they also accept the man in his goodness, badness, and ugliness?

I just see that women get mad and angry at the most smallest and insignficant things. Do women know that SOME men accept this, going into a marriage. (The good, bad & ugly). That we come to a conclusion that the reward is greater than the risk. Do women see men and marriage the same way?
