Where do you find PP/MP Potions in Pokemon, Heart gold?

I've looked in every Poke' Mart, even the Safari Zone Gate! When beating the Elite Four, my Pokemon ran out of PP/MP, so I needed to refuel, but I didn't have anymore Potions! Because my most powerful Pokemon ran out of MP/PP, I lost the battle against Lance! Can anyone help?
