Is this a good 4-year plan for high school? What colleges would be interested in me?

Damn. If you're GPA's high enough, you might try applying for an Ivy League school or some of its equivalents (Duke, West Point, Berkeley, etc.). Otherwise, pretty much any university will eat you up.
